This 17-unit, two and three bedroom townhome project provides an opportunity for employees and their families to reside in the heart of Snowmass Village. The steeply sloping site is near the Fanny Hill chair lift, with free market housing adjacent to it. The two townhome buildings were designed with upgreaded finishes and Architecture to fit within the alpine resort setting. This project also has attached garages and detached carport structures. Offsite factory framing was used in order to minimize costs and construction waste and staging areas. |
