A new "neo-traditional" community plan of 200 has been established and the first phase of 75 units of both rental and for sale are designed in townhouse configuration from four to eight units, each unit borders both a street (sidewalk, porch, entry) and an alley (auto, storage, yard, terrace) steep roofs and tall windows echo the farming heritage of this northern Colorado river valley location.
