This multi-use facility includes 15,000 S.F. of the City’s Parks equipment storage, as well as Administrative offices and an employee living unit. The design of the Prefab steel buildings addressed the visual concerns from the public while incorporating materials reminiscent of Aspens’ rich, mining heritage. The buildings are cost efficient, and low maintenance incorporating traditional forms with rusted metal siding panels and wood accents.
