- TEAMWORK ETHIC
- Reno-Smith Architects practices a team approach to design. This includes an unpretentious attitude that life is art, that humble craftsmen, folk art, barns, childhood games, and natures forms all hold secrets and are raw materials for use in design. Art becomes not autocratic but democratic; not exclusive, but inclusive. The client becomes an integral part of this process. The clients needs and dreams provide a valuable foundation for all projects.
Associates, employees, consultants, users, owners, and builders all participate as part of our teamwork approach to design. In this way each project is given the potential for the most successful solution.
