This large multifamily residential project in the downtown core of Aspen combines five, large (5000 SF) luxury units. The large building incorporates an underground parking garage and a multi-faceted exterior with vary & architectural forms. As such, the project’s massing fits well within the pedestrian oriented, historic downtown area. The exterior material palette includes natural finishes such as stone, timber, and aged copper roofing and accents. Extensive upper level decks provide exterior living areas with great views of the ski mountain within an “urban” tight setting.
