Seven residences around a common landscaped courtyard creates an identity and a semi-private gathering space for these attached homes of 1,200 square-feet to 2,000 square-feet in this new infill project at the edge of a historic urban neighborhood. Underground parking preserves the entire site for pedestrian and patio uses.
